About Tudor Rose Joinery
1972
John Rose Building Contractors was set up in 1972, specialising in extensions and small property alterations. The company evolved over the years, building houses, undertaking large renovations and barn conversions.
1980
In 1980, we set up a small workshop to manufacture our own joinery for all building work carried out.
1994
In 1994, we closed the building firm down and emigrated to Vancouver, Canada, where Tudor Rose was born as a small cabinet manufacturing company. Although successful, we decided to come home after 18 months, and we set up Tudor Rose Joinery in 1995.
TODAY
Today, Tudor Rose Joinery is a family-run company that is managed by myself, John Rose. I am a fully qualified City & Guild Joiner and Carpenter with over 45 years’ experience in manufacturing high quality joinery items.
We also have top quality tradesmen on the bench, qualified in joinery and shop fitting. We manufacture anything from soft or hardwood windows and doors, to staircases and bespoke kitchens. We have also undertaken work for bars, pubs, shop fronts, shop fittings, local council work and listed building work.
